Placement:
Always keep the pump below the tank level to increase suction and achieve maximum pressure.
Liquid Quality:
Use liquids that are free from debris and sediments, as they can affect the performance of the mist nozzles.
Pressure Adjustment:
Adjust the pressure to the mist nozzles by opening the liquid return line accordingly. A certain quantity of water should be sent in the return line for optimal performance.
Liquid Return Line:
Do not shut the liquid return line to the tank completely, as this can affect the performance of the pump and cause heating.
Joints and Threads:
Use enough Teflon tape wherever necessary in joints and threads.
Nozzle Installation:
Install the nozzles on the sides of the subject at an approximate angle of 45 degrees from the sides for maximum performance. Use plastic tags to tie the nozzles/hose to the poles or structure.
Professional Assistance:
It is advised to deploy a plumber or technician during the initial setup.
Maintenance:
Clean and maintain the system and nozzles periodically.
Auto-Timer:
An auto-timer with an ON and OFF option is available.
